Our Roots
Founded in 2017, African-twist started as a small family-owned training school in a local shop. With a passion for fashion, a commitment to quality, and a love of teaching design skills to women in the community, our business quickly grew training over twenty ladies in the last five years.

To ensure sustainability, our participants are encouraged to pursue their tailoring ventures, utilizing our equipment while contributing to the monthly rent. In our pursuit of empowerment and education, we have established a book library, prioritizing education as the path to true empowerment. Breaking social and cultural barriers is a formidable task, but we firmly believe that each of us has a role in reshaping societal perceptions.
